Neighborhood
We are located on a quiet residential street 5 minutes from DT and OTR. Extremely easy to get to several restaurants and bars, Hard Rock Casino, major hospitals, and freeway such as UC, The Christ Hospital, Ziegler Park, Braxton Brewing, and much of the downtown area! Free street parking is available on both sides of the street and we do have a garage available for one vehicle (please note that we have a narrow driveway to the garage). Many of the residents on our block are owner-occupants.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception to the owner's closet. The basement does have a washer/dryer unit that is available for use by both tenants.

Uber/Lyft are extremely easy to use and get to OTR/DT. Close access to the major freeways. Free street parking is available on both sides of the street and we do have a garage available for one vehicle (please note that we have a narrow driveway to the garage).
