Chris is a wonderful host. He was proactive and quick to respond. We asked if we could arrive early and Chris was able to make it happen. The space was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great - so close to dining options and shopping areas. We will return often as we have one granddaughter attending school there and another coming next year.

I left a 5 star review because I don’t want to mess up this Host rep for something that can be fixed. But I want whoever reads this to see if things improved. First item, the stairs. Be careful!! The first morning there, coming downstairs, the stairs are shallow and covered in old slick carpet. Needless to say, I slipped, butt hit the stairs and I took a ride. The hand rail is installed at shoulder height (I’m 5’10”) so it’s too high to grab. There is a weak point in the left bedroom that feels like you’ll fall through any point. This was a great price, but once there I got it. This area is not the nicest. I had concerns for the security of my car. The last night of my stay, someone was beating on my door at midnight. By the time I woke up and got to the door, they were gone. But this wasn’t a friendly knock. I guess you get what you pay for. Did I have a warm dry place to sleep, sure. Was I comfortable, not so much.
