Wake up on Saturday morning to shop the farmer's market, enjoy a walk in Aggie Park, or check out great restaurants and bars nearby. Right behind us, we also have Bee Creek Trail so you can take a morning stroll with coffee or a perfect spot to walk your pups!

Centrally located with around 2 miles from Kyle Fields and Texas A&M University, with easy access to amazing restaurants and activities, you'll be ready for anything! The bedroom has a top-rated 12 inch memory foam mattress, ample light, and a large closet. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, from pots & pans to mixing bowls, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The living room TV is a Smart TV with several apps pre-loaded. Please bring your own passwords to access your favorite services. We have Wifi, plus board games & card games to enjoy! The fenced back yard is very large; bring your own lawn chairs! We have a couple of chairs outside for you to enjoy your morning coffee to!
