This centrally located home has it all - location and space! Centrally located with around 2 miles from Kyle Fields and Texas A&M University, with easy access to amazing restaurants and activities, you'll be ready for anything! The primary bedroom has a top-rated 12 inch memory foam mattress, ample light, and a large closet. The other bedroom branch off the hallway has the same queen size memory foam mattress, large closet, and is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, from pots & pans to mixing bowls, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The living room TV is a Smart TV with several apps pre-loaded. Please bring your own passwords to access your favorite services. Yes, we have Wifi, plus board games & card games to enjoy! The fenced back yard is very large; bring your own lawn chairs! We have a couple of chairs outside for you to enjoy. Pack & Play available upon request.
