Although it was only a one night stay, the condo had everything you might need while on the road. Special attention had been paid to the various amenities, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms had USB ports and electrical ports for all of our electronics. Despite Texas's summer heat, the air conditioner had to actually be turned down for us, so stay cool shouldn't be a problem. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay there. My family and I stayed the weekend at this beach house, and it was a great stay! The beach is right up the road, and the grocery store is right across the street. We plan to return.

Thank you so much Becky for letting us stay at your mountain cabin. The cabin was clean and was perfect my husband, I and our dog Sampson. Convenient to Boone but felt like you were secluded and away from the world while there. Would recommend staying here.

We were looking for an extra night to stay for our vacation and Becky’s Beach House worked great! The house was clean, efficient, and even a little modern touch with the decor was nice. Becky was able to help us out with early check-in as well, which we appreciate. Thank you Becky!

Great getaway for peace and quiet. Very clean place and comfy beds. Agreed you need an AWD to drive up the driveway. Very close to Boone. Close to trails and park. Comfortable stay for us and our pup.

Chris's place was as describe. He was kind enough to allow a change in arrival and departure date that resulted in a refund to our account. It was spacious and everything we needed. With it being a townhome, AC thermostat is located downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs. Noticed fans and portable AC units were provided in both the bedrooms so we turned those on upon arrival. Bedrooms were nice and cold throughout our stay. This was a convenient location for everything we needed to do around A & M and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Check out instructions were easy to follow and complete.

This beach house was perfect—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was just steps from the beach. We loved the peaceful vibe and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The host was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Becky was a fantastic host—great communication and so friendly from start to finish. Her place felt like a true home away from home for our family. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, with convenient vehicle access too! But let’s talk about the beds… hands down, the most comfortable beds and pillows we’ve ever slept on. Every single one of us said the same thing—best sleep we’ve had away from home! This was the perfect spot for our beach getaway, and we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Becky, for sharing your wonderful home with us!
